Privacy notice

This notice explains what data the save the date page of casarondaclub.com collects, why, for how long, and what your rights are. It is written under articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. Who handles your data
The data controller is Azienda Agroforestale Fontezoppa di Piero Luzi & C. S.A.A.S., Contrada San Domenico 38, 62012 Civitanova Marche (MC), Italy, VAT number 01377400435. For any request about your data, write to info@casarondaclub.com (certified email fontezoppa@pec.cantinefontezoppa.com).
2. What data we process
Signing up for the launch. If you fill in the form we collect your name, email, phone number (if you give it) and how many guests would come, together with the language of the page, the date and time of the sign-up and the date of the notice you read. Each sign-up also reaches Casa Ronda’s mailbox by email, info@casarondaclub.com. The privacy box is not ticked in advance. If you sign up again with the same email, your entry is updated.
Browsing data. The systems that run the page keep technical logs: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser. They are used to run and protect the page, not to identify you. To stop automated submissions, the IP address of whoever sends the form stays in the sign-up database for ten minutes, then deletes itself.
Measurement. The page uses no measurement tools.
What we do not do. We do not sell data, we do not profile you for advertising, we use no remarketing pixels and we send no newsletters.
3. Why, on what basis, for how long

4. Who receives the data
Only the providers that run the page, as data processors (art. 28 GDPR). Nobody else receives it, unless the law requires it.

5. Transfers outside the European Union
Vercel and Upstash are based in the United States. Any transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for the providers that take part in it, and on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses (art. 46.2.c GDPR).
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to the processing (articles 15–22 GDPR). You can withdraw a consent whenever you like, without affecting what was done before (art. 7.3). Write to info@casarondaclub.com: we reply within one month (art. 12.3).
7. Complaints
If you think the processing breaks the law, you can contact the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or the authority of the country where you live.
8. Cookies
The page uses no cookies and nothing else that stores information in your browser.
9. Changes
This notice changes when the page or the law changes. The date at the top tells you which version is in force.
